About the Nature Dance

The nature dance is a dance of happiness, good fortune and laughter. It is also known as the "Dance of the Inner Conscience." Apart from the usual dance techniques, the nature dance emphasizes the expression of inner virtues using traditional or self-composed dance steps. 

Also, singing and dancing will be paired up together. It is hoped that the lyrics of nature songs will help dancers to develop a heartfelt gratitude for the bliss of life and of Mother Nature. The dancers are encouraged to share and collaborate with one another so that a  harmonious group relationship can be achieved.
